They created an instrument for all purposes, with bars made out of a special aluminum alloy for high quality sound. The frame consists of the well-known height adjustable Voyager frame, which now has the possibility of adding a damping pedal. Solid wheels with brakes give the finishing touch and make the frame stable and durable. |
| The new Adams vibraphone can also be delivered with an Endurance field frame, which was introduced last year. This frame enables you to attach other instruments or accessories to the vibraphone with Pearl's PC50 clamps. Large wheels, with a diameter of 200 mm, ensure optimal comfort during transport on uneven surfaces, e.g. out doors. The fans in the resonators are driven by a unique patented system. They are driven directly from the side. There is no fan-belt than can be lost during transport. The fans can be stopped in the open position or closed position through simple push buttons. The entire motor is built into the small side end piece with the fan controls located on top of the end piece. A 12 V adapter drives the motor which eliminates any voltage on the instrument at any time. The speed of the motor is variable from 25 - 150 rpm. This compact solution is perfect for both manufacturer and musician in case of repairs or maintenance. The damping mechanism can be fully adjusted in both pressure and height to create a unique feel and comfortably fit any player. The bar damping felt is of the highest quality and produces true silent damping. We are proud of this instrument that you as a musician, can rely on. Once again, Adams has found harmony between manufacturer and musician. | |

| The advantage of a Voyager frame over a case is that a case will always give a noise that is amplified by the sound box. To put the bells on a Voyager frame will therefore be a convenient and mobile solution. These two options in concert bells are just right for both professional and amateur ensembles. Simply stated, they feature all the aspects that make concert bells, concert bells! The new Adams Concert Bells / Glockenspiel are made of high quality steel that have been especially produced for Adams. The bells match the specifications of the 'round top Deagan Parcifal bells' which many international musicians feel set the standard for quality and sound. Adams has designed the new bells with the right timbre, resonance and tone that match the characteristics of the 1920's American sound. Adams features two different models, one with a C-E range including resonators and the height adjustable Voyager frame and one with a F-E range in a case. Adams Concert Bells / Glockenspiels | |
