Yamaha Custom Oboes are hand-crafted from the finest African grenadilla wood with a timeless "Old World" patience. Boasting the highest standards of traditional workmanship, they also incorporate the very latest computerized manufacturing technology. The 832 features a Conservatoire key system with a full-automatic octave key, and has a "European" style narrow bore configuration for a warm, broad tone which can blend well with other instruments.
