In-store Purchase

Visit our retail shop, where you can see and test our the instruments and accessories. We are also able to give you good advise on the products most suitable for your music needs.

Tax:

All purchases are subjected to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Tourists purchasing at our store can receive the GST refund at the airport when leaving Singapore. Please bring your passport along for us to register your GST refund.


Online Purchase

Some of our items can be purchased through our website. We are working to make more items available for purchase online. If the items you are looking for are not available for direct purchase online, please contact us (via enquiry cart/ enquiry form, or simply give us a call).

Warranty

All brand new instruments come with minimum of 1 year factory warranty on instrument defects. Some manufacturers offer additional warranty, please refer to the specific manufacturer warranty policies.

 

Returns/ Exchanges

Defective item under warranty

We will help our customers to claim warranty on the defective products with the supplier companies, according to the warranty policies of the respective brands. Customers should retain the invoice to show as proof of purchase when reporting a case of warranty.

Defective products without warranty

For items that do not come with warranty, we will assess the nature of the defect and provide reasonable remedies on a case by case basis. Remedies may include repairs, replacement, price reduction or refunds as deemed reasonable. We shall not be liable for any damage of items due to mishandling by the customer or any third party, or any natural causes not within our control.

 

Change of Mind

If you have a change of mind after purchasing a product, we can allow for product exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Product and packaging remains in brand new condition
  2. Customer bears all delivery costs involved for the exchange of product
  3. Exchange is requested within 7 days of purchase
  4. Customer can show a valid proof of purchase
  5. Customer can choose to exchange item with in stock items of equal or less value to the returned item. Customer can also make top-up payments if they require an exchange with higher value items.
  6. ACCENT reserves the right to reject any item exchange requests should we find that the requests are unreasonable, or do not follow the policies listed
